New_InnoNet workshop: A practical side of innovations for circular economy
Pascal Leroy, Secretary General at the WEEE Forum, a member of the ReVolv project consortium, presented the project at the NEW_InnoNet workshop: “A practical side of innovations for circular economy” on 31st January 2017, in Brussels.
The workshop was organised by the NEW_InnoNet project. The main objectives of this project are to establish a European platform to show how reduction or elimination of waste can foster circular economy and to provide a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for a transition towards zero waste in Europe, examining WEEE, ELV and packaging plastics.
Votechnik Automated Recycling Technologies, the coordinator of the ReVolv project, considers itself a stakeholder in this project, and registered on their website showing details of the Trumaster- ALRTM LCD Recycling technology.
This workshop was an occasion to share with the audience the barriers and challenges for accessing the market.
Pascal Leroy’s presentation of the ReVolv project titled “ReVolv – Recycling by Votechnik of LCD Visual displays ” explained the drivers and impacts of the ReVolv project, the barriers and challenges that arose during the implementation of the project and made recommendations on how to overcome them.
